Been coming here for at least 20 years. Have my dental work carried out by Amelia, the kindest, gentle dentist. Never feel that any work is unescessary. All of the reception staf have always been friendly and welcoming and put me at ease. Would highly recommend | |||||||

I had a hygenist appointment today which I am very happy with, but the behaviour of the receptionists was both rude and very unprofessional! I was ignored when I arrived at the reception and waited until after my appointment time til one of them actually noticed me! I paid for my appointment over the phone and still have no idea how much I have been charged or where my receipt is! They were more interested in the new chair they were assembling and I was then even ignored when I had finished my appointment. Extremely immature and rude behaviour, please bring back the lovely and friendly receptionist you used to have!!
