Having been a patient at this practice for over 20 years I have noticed since the change of ownership a decline in service. The reception staff are rude, unhelpful and inefficient. This is not a practice I would recommend if you are of a sensitive nature.

Refused an appointment for being a few mins late. After not even waiting another patient has taken my spot. Really doesn't make much sense that I could not see after the dentist after. Maybe they wanted to take longer lunches. Furthermore there was absolute disregard to patients suffering in pain. After explaining difficult circumstances, having taken a day off work. The members of staff still absolutely non-negotitable for even rebooking an appointment. I was polite in explaining my situtation, but the members of staff still remained hugely unhelpful. Receptionist would not even allow me to wait on the premises to discuss the situtation with other staff members. There are plently of other dental practice in the area of Hertfordshire. Really not sure what I am paying my taxes for. However I would highly reccomend the hygienist in thist dental practice. She should seek opportunities elsewhere!
