I have recently changed from a private dentist to lordshill and I am so glad I did. The care I have received has been brilliant from all areas. Thank you for all of your hard work!! I would highly reccomend!

If there was an option to give this dental practice more stars i would, i have been coming to the practice almost nearly 1 year now after leaving previously due to how bad it was getting, bad staff attitudes and a very negative feel when entering and NOW i have seen great changes in the practice since moving back, the lovely ladies on reception on the desk are always happy to help and really cheerful which helps when i am such a nervous patient, they even remember me which is nice, they are never rude and always do their best to get me appointments they have very good telephone manners and always so efficient. The practice manager is very approachable and friendly. She is always on hand to deal with any concerns. The dentist and nurses are very friendly and are again willing to answer questions. The look of the practice has changed with new windows and updated decor its much more inviting bringing it up to date.Overall the practice is a joy to come too and i would recommend it to everyone.

I have been coming here for just over 2 years and I believe it has improved immensely in that time, especially since the take over of the new Practice Manager who has changed it for the better! All the members of staff are lovely and really helpful, nothing is too much of a problem for them. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to register here!
