3 times in 5 months I have called and booked an appointment and have explained what I need doing and 3 times I have turned up to be told the wrong appointment was booked. Mr Katchi is extremely rude and condescending and has seemingly enjoyed belittling me at every opportunity. Honestly the worst dentist experience I have ever had. | |||||||

I had been suffering with an dental issue which was dismissed by another local dentist (chain surgery) as due to poor hygiene. After less than a minute the dentist spotted the problem which was definitely not due to my hygiene!
Also visited the the hygienist, who was also incredibly professional and competent. Thank heavens I found this place! | |||||||
