You will never be seen on time and very rude behaviour. Not very professional at all!! Never recommend to anyone!!!

They where not nice to me because i arrived 15 minutes late. I was waiting for almost one hours too see the dentist. They have done a 2 minutes exam on me and said me to come back an other time because he has to be in archway in 20 minutes. They charged me for 2 minutes exam £ 21.60 Im really disappointed with the service. My appointment was 18.05.2018 10.30 and the next patient was 10.45(she was inside for an hour) and i was inside for 2 minutes. Why they think 15 minutes is enough between 2 patient when she was inside for 1hour. And left for me 2 minutes because i was a bit late. The next available appointment on the 23.05.2018. I went back to say i dont feel happy being charged for basically nothing and they refused me to give a refund. I asked for manager and there was no-one only the receptionist. She said i dont need to pay for the next time but i dont feel happy to go back after this experience. How can I make sure they will treat me right after this. i wish i never went there. I want my money back...

I went for a check up and was literally in there for 30 seconds... barely touched my teeth, made no notes (no dental nurse present) then said 'it's fine' and left. A total joke!
