I had a dentist before which seemed to make matters worse. I registered at this practice and was dealt with promptly. Both teeth were refilled and have been superb ever since. The entire team at the practice were so good and made me feel at ease about everything that had to be done. I am not a great fan of going to the dentist but this place makes it feel ok. Brilliant staff 10 out of 10.

I have been going to this practice for the last 20 years+ and despite many changes along the way have always been happy with the service provided.the staff have come and gone but are all friendly and professional. One particular receptionist has now retired i understand, and she was always a friendly safe face on the desk.for someone like me who is nervous as soon as i start walkng up the stairs! One particular dentist is a quiet soul but a great dentist so i have no qualms in recommending this practice. I have noticed negative comments being made about the reception staff, its a difficult job and sometimes people are just plain rude or dont like the truth! Or even are just nervous like me? Keep doing what you are doing Orford Hill you are about the only practice in norwich who from time to time take nhs patients, well done.
