My dentist is great he is so helpfull and kind to me and my family, nursing staff are also professional. My concern is the reception team Isn't it a receptionist job to answer questions on a friendly helpful manner. So disrespectful and got frustrated over me asking questions I asked about treatments I wished to get and pay for and she answers in a very stressful attitude and tone of voice said it all. I come to this dentist and will not refare my dad here for treatments he needs because of this. It's every time you contact on the phone they can become rude but up front they are normal it's not on!
