Treatment was good but I was most concerned that neither the dentist nor the nurse knew whether any of the anesthetics they had available contained the substance I am very allergic to! I found it very worrying that not only didn't they know but they were unable to find out. Surely this is a basic requirement. Eventually my tooth was filled without an injection.

Thank you for giving me such a quick appointment. I was instantly put at ease and the way forward was discussed, I was kept informed at each step until my tooth was extracted. This happened with the minimum of pain and discomfort, due to high efficiency. I left having discussed on-going care and my mouth is healing well.
