Although the wait for an appointment was roughly 4 weeks, it was great to have such a positive one. The dentist was friendly and welcoming and explained everything really well. The dental assistant was also fab and was engaging and helpful with my 3yr old during the appointment too. |

Some of my tooth cracked and then broke away from my mouth, I visited the dentist and he explained that whilst it was all open and letting the infection to drain away to leave it that way until they could fit me in for root canal surgery.
Unfortunately they were unable to fit me in until early February, I went back and had a temporary filling put in as the tooth became very sensitive.
I then had to go back just before Christmas as it was infected and I was in a lot of pain, I was given a course of antibiotics.
I then had to have a second course as the first course didn't clear the infection.
Every time I had to call the dentist the reception staff were extremely helpful and managed to fit me in on the same day every time.
I have just had my root canal treatment and hopefully won't have to go back for a while now!!
The dentist was great, explained everything that was happening and I'm very pleased I didn't push to have the tooth extracted, which is what I wanted doing at the start as I was in so much pain. |

I made an appointment for a check up 3 weeks ago and was then given 2 working days notice of cancellation with no re-booking. I then phoned up to book a new appointment and was advised that it would be a 3 weeks wait again through no fault of my own. I then asked if this appointment would be cancelled at short notice and was told 'hopefully not'.
I have decided to register at a new dentist as I feel I could be waiting sometime before I will get seen.
