I have been making the fifty minute journey over to Richmond Dental Practice for well over thirty years. You may ask why? Easy, friendly efficient staff. Availability of emergency appointments, (luckily only needed one of these!! Rang the Dentist at 9am and was seen at 11am!!). I always see Mr H Sanghera, he really is exceptional. We always discuss what treatment I need, and any options that are available. I feel that I am fully involved in any decisions regarding my dental health. I also see the Hygienist every six months. She really is excellent. I can honestly say that my teeth are in the best condition that they have ever been!! Excellent practice 10/10!! | |||||||

Receptionist had a go at my autistic child that she can’t sit still and patiently wait for the appointment. All the time when she was telling my child off, she hasn’t looked at me once. She kept her gaze fixed at my child while speaking and when she finished she just sat down. My autistic child can’t sit still for a minute, she’s very hyper but I kept her near our sitting area and I didn’t let her ran around all over the place. Unfortunately I didn’t get the receptionist name but she has very unfriendly manner and she needs more training about children with additional needs. | |||||||
