This dentist is a shambles!! appointment for my children has been confirmed for 3 months, took time out of work to fill the appointment and arrived early, after half an hour waiting the receptionist confirmed we would be next and that they had booked emergency appointments in our place. Another half an hour later I had lost my patience and told the receptionist I was leaving, she apologised and when I asked why I wasn't made aware of the situation before or upon arrival she simply muttered another half hearted apology. This is the second time I have been the one to take the children here and the first experience was only marginally better than the second.

the Worst dental experience I have ever had. Told me one of my main tooth needs to be extracted after he had performed Filling in it and after he had Made the nerve dead for that tooth. As the tooth did not look that bad and as I am young, I decided to take a second opinion from other dentist and requested for my X-ray. As soon as I did that, the dentist took a 180 deg turn. They said I have to pay approx £50-£60 as they have to request the X-ray department. The same day one of my other tooth needed refilling. As he didn’t like that I want to take a second opinion from other dentist he without cleaning up the tooth did the filling in less then 5 mins and I found him very rude. Any how long story short I went to the other dentist and they have told me there is at least 70% chance the tooth can be saved by doing an RCT and as I am young I should give the tooth a second chance. A very sincere advice not like this dentist who find extracting tooth easier rather that treating them which takes time which means less patients he will see that day and he and the surgery do not benefit from .. my sincere advice to everyone in Rugby, please stay away from this surgery eveb though you might get an appointment soon compared to the other surgery’s buts it’s not worth it .. Btw forgot to mention the golden words from the dentist to me: As I am not originally from the UK the first thing he said at the first appointment was go to your country and do the treatment there as it will be cheaper to treat in a third world country. I found that absolutely absurd to say of someone at his rank. I should have stopped going to him after that but as I was in pain this was the only place giving me an early appointment.. Never going back to this place again ever ...
