Staff are lovely and very patient and understanding but the facilities really let the place down. I have had both private and NHS treatment in a basic old chair with no side 'sink'. It's a bit degrading to spit into a cup. It does make me worry about why there has been no investment into such a key basic bit of equipment. It is also very hard to get an appointment, especially anything over 15 mins. I have twice had severe consequences for my tooth due to too long a wait for a procedure. I will be looking for another dentist that can offer me basic facilities. It's a shame as the staff are great.
