I had been trying to book an appointment for a sore tooth for a fe weeks, after explaining to the lady on the telephone this and how much pain I was in, she took my telephone number said she would look into it and get back to me ASAP. What this lady actually did was book an appointment for me that afternoon, print the appointment slip and actually gave it to me at work in the village - which is above and beyond what I would expect of anyone. A fantastic service, treatment on going - however, really happy with the staff - thank you!!!!! Had a filling a year ago which was very painful and my tooth still not right now; even after 2 follow up appointments. Please do contact our reception team on 01789 840786, explain the problem and they will arrange for you to be seen again. They will make an appointment for a mutually convenient time and hopefully we can get to the bottom of it. It may help to provide a list of your symptoms such as hot and cold sensitivity, any stimulus, throbbing pain, dull ache etc. to help with a diagnosis. I am disabled & so is my carer so I only have transport in very small windows, they were not accommodating, I was in pain but they could not or would not fit me in at a time I could be there, in the end I made a routine appointment for three weeks time but the only time offered when I could remotely make will be very difficult for us, when I book 6 months in advance the treatment is good but in case of emergency they are useless Reply from Langmans @ Wellesbourne Thu, 28 Dec 2017 11:06:54 Z We are terribly sorry that we haven't been able to accommodate your needs over the Christmas Period. I understand that appointments were offered to you but were unfortunately not convenient times due to your circumstances. Our opening hours between Christmas and New Year are 8.30am until 1pm to enable us to offer an emergency dental service to our patients from 9am. An on-call service is run by the Local Area Team of NHS England after this. We were closed for Christmas Day & Boxing Day, however full details of the emergency on-call service can be obtained from our answer phone machine. Our opening hours are displayed on the NHS Choices website for the holiday period. We are open until 1pm today, between 8.30am-1pm tomorrow or re-open as usual from Tuesday 2nd January 2018. If you find that you cannot wait for your booked appointment, please contact our reception team at Wellesbourne on 01789 840786 who will endeavour to do their best to accommodate you with a suitable available appointment time. | |||||||
