I called this morning for my husband he was booked in to see the dentist at 10.20am no problems at all by the helpful lady over the phone.
My husband is terrified of the dentist and I cant thank the dentist and the enough they were so understanding didn't make him feel stupid and took their time and explained everything.

I was having severe pain from an infection caused by a wisdom tooth. Having just moved into the area, I hadn't yet registered with a local dentist and this service was exactly what I needed.
I had to call several times but was able to get through a few minutes after 8.45am. I was offered an appointment at 11.00am the same day. I had to pay a fee for the urgent treatment and was informed of this during the initial phone call. The dentist was extremely helpful and informative and I received the treatment I needed. | |||||||

This is an appalling service! A&E at Walsall Hospital refused to see me in order to give me anti biotics for a tooth abcess even though I was in great pain and my face was swollen. It was a Saturday and they said this Dental Centre would help me. They gave me the Blakenall Dental Centre address and phone number so I drove there expecting it to be open. It wasn't. I then phoned them and a recorded message said that it wasn't open at weekends. It said that I should call back in the week. That was a fat lot of use! After spending twelve pounds on car park tickets and six pounds on phoning different places for help I found no NHS help available in the whole of the Walsall or North Birmingham area for my problem that weekend which is most shocking. This just sums up the present state of the NHS! Even though we all pay into the service, when we need help it isn't available. It's truly shocking and I'm most annoyed about it. | |||||||
