I originally called as a new NHS patient, I was told that is fine and they are accepting them. I arrived for appointment to filled out new patient forms and waited patiently for 30 minutes. After waiting I was called in to see the dentist, before I even went in I was advised the dentist only has space for private patients. I was then offered the private appointment which is more expensive, which I could not afford before having my treatment. I was understandably frustrated as I had checked at the time of bbooking if they are accepting NHS patients and had waited several weeks for this appointment. The receptionist said someone was covering for them when I booked so it was not their fault, this was very unprofessional as I booked some of my day as annual leave. I essentially waited several weeks to fill a form, sit in a room for 30 minutes and receive no treatment. I will not be visiting or recommending this dentist again!

Been visiting this local dentist since I was a child but over the years the dentist has declined in its standards. Staff on reception are very rude, the receptionist double booked my appointment and still asked me to come in. On arrival, after I gave my details, I was told that it wasn't their fault that I had come and no apology followed. My mobile number was accurate on the system but a cancellation text was not sent and the "fault" was apparently mine. I stayed silent at the barrage of comments that followed. Dental treatment was also bad. The Dr was very tough on my teeth. I left with a toothache on my last visit only to be told by my new dentist that the work on my teeth had been done hastily and care was not taken. I think it safe to say I will not be visiting or recommending this dentist again!
