Don’t explain regarding charges, charged in even in advance for treatment which is not received. Really want to share my experience very humiliating when I was pregnant I went with exemption card . So receptionist took a card to see then told me I can’t see from behind the reception that wheather you are pregnant call me inside the reception to see me it’s was so insulting and more than humiliating. I personally think most of receptionist are very rude.definately going to change dental surgery.and receptionist charge me for dental check up my baby even not one year I suppose every women across the Uk free dental care when pregnant until baby will reach to age of one year. I strongly think forced charge because even charge for next apppointment . Very wrong. I tried to speak. Up. Before but they all become funny so stay quite few occasions specially when pregnant. Must admit doctor and hygienist no problem
