I was given details Via 111 to contact cannock hospital to sort a dental problem as an emergency, to have a rude member of staff tell me no that they wont see me as i have a dentist already, i than explained the situation that my dentist could not see me so hence why i rang 111, where she replied just call them back then. they shouldn't of given you this number anyway. If they couldn't of seen me surely she could of pointed me in a right direction of someone that could. Training on how to deal with the public is needed

Rang up the number given to me and was given an appointment very very fast, next dsy in fact, but on day of appointment and having no sleep for nearly 3 days the dentist only adivised to see get into a general dentist practitioner, having only moved to the area and not having time i paid £21.60p for advise, i knew or know i have to register with a dentist but having been in so much pain i thought the hospital dentist could help. A complete waste of time snd £21.60p lighter, plus now have to pay another £8 plus for the prescription given to me.....would not recommend
