Had an appointment this morning at 9:25 and I couldn’t get there at time because been doing night shift i over slept and got late for 20 minutes I called them and told them that’s what happened to me and they goes like ok but one particular doctor told us to not book you in anymore and not to give another appointment. I was in really pain and due to this pain i had to go there but still unhelpful,they said we can’t give you another appointment even in future.
