Haven't received a routine check up appointment since my child was referred for ortho-dontal treatment elsewhere. Called for an emergency appt for a broken tooth, left 3 messages on the answerphone, didn't receive a call back. Eventually spoke to a person on 4th attempt only to be told that I had been de-registered & could only be seen privately. The fact that I have visited this practice for over 20 years counts for zip, they are not interested.

Had a filling installed at this dentist which subsequently fell out. When I returned for my next check up it was with another dentist who insisted I had to pay again as it wasn’t himself that did the original job.

I have been to this clinic recently. As I want to go for NHS treatment, I booked my appointment under NHS( over the phone I asked for the same and visited personally to verify everything has got booked properly). But when the treatment is done realise that the doctor didn't got an intimation that I have wanted to go for NHS treatment so he did it as private treatment. Whatever the doctor did was good, but this communication gap gave me mental stress as I was not in a good condition to have arguments due to local anaesthesia. Dental clinic staff was saying that I have to tell to the doctor what treatment I want. But I think if I booked my appointment for NHS treatment why I have to separately tell this to doctor? So I would advice, if anybody wants to go for NHS treatment please tell to the doctor and don't depend on what appointment you booked.
