I have been a patient of the practice for many years and never really appreciated them until recently when my son needed treatment urgently after an accident. I can now say with my hand on my heart how grateful I am to the whole practice for the care and respect that we received from the reception staff at my initial contact through to Marius and his nurse who saw us on the same day and totally put our minds at rest over the health and future of my sons teeth.

I have been thoroughly impressed by Pontesbury Dental Practice since joining several years ago. The service I have received has been excellent. The reception team are always efficient, polite and cheerful on the phone and face to face, whether dealing with routine appointments or matters of urgency. The clinical team are friendly and knowledgeable and have put me at ease. They explain things carefully and I have been given a chance to be involved in decisions about my care. I have been seen quickly when needed and the dentist is always careful and thorough, with excellent results when faced with tricky problems. Staff have treated my children with kindness and respect and they always feel happy to visit! The building is clean and modern which aids confidence and trust in the people who work there. Thank you for all your hard work. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to my friends and family.
