Avoid this dentist at all costs!!! I was due to undergo treatment but awoke in the early hours of the morning feeling very poorly, I called the dentist at 08:15 as soon as they opened to say that I was unwell and that it could be Covid but I didn’t have any tests. The receptionist was of no use and said she’d have to wait for the dentist to get in. She called me back more than an hour later to say I’d have to pay £100 for late cancellation!! I was really shocked and very upset. I found out the next day that I did have Covid and I was very unwell for three weeks. After this I decided I could no longer afford to go ahead with the treatment because I had now lost £100 from my fund for it so I called and said I wanted to cancel the treatment completely, I then got a call back 10 minutes later saying I had to pay another £70. I will never be going back to this dentist and I am extremely shocked by how awful it is there, I thought being a Bupa dentist that it would be the best but it’s awful in every way. The waiting rooms are unclean and really shabby and the receptionist keeps calling me “luv”! So unprofessional.
