I made an appointment easily for the day I required. I was told what it would cost and told to pay after the first appointment. I needed a full set of dentures and a front tooth removed. I paid the full amount for all treatments upfront. All went relatively well until the dentures had to be fitted. They did not fit at all. The dentist had to grind them down just to get it in my mouth. They were also the wrong colour as no colour chart was used. Bottom teeth were too long and had to be ground down. As I had an extraction I was told to go away and wait for the gums to heal and shrink before coming back for a new set of dentures as these were no good. Well on my return visit the story changed, I was told they could only resize them, not a new set. If I want a new set I need to pay again!!!!. Only after I refused this and insisted on a new set, was I then told they would get a new set made. Needless to say another 4 appointments and time off work to get this done. Everytime from the beginning appointment felt rushed and not listened to. All the dentists can say 'don't worry' then rush you out. At last I now have the new set, bottom denture comes loose as soon as I eat. Have to glue it in. I'm afraid I won't be back, worst dentist I have ever been to!
