I waited 8 weeks before I could get in for my first appointment/inspection.
The first appointment was in May 2019 where a filling and an extraction were identified- appointments were scheduled in October 2019- during the last week of September 2019 the dental practice contacted me and have postponed both of these appointments until April 2020
Not quite a year-but then again dates may change again!.
I would avoid this dental practice as I have found out my experience is not uncommon. | |||||||

Very unhappy wirh my treatment and the length of time waiting for appointments. I first cotacted them in January after suffering bad toothache dor several months and was delighted to be accepted as an NHS patient even though I had to wait until March for my initial check up.On attending my first appointment I was told my dental hygiene was not to their standard and would need to make another appointment for 6 weeks time, I was told I had to wait another 4 months bedore I could ger another check up and even though they charged me the £20 fee for that appointment I would have to pay the same fee again. Reluctantly I accepted this as I was in desperate need for dental treatment.O attending my second appointment in July I was delighted to be told my dental hygiene had improved significantly and a course of treatment was agreed But my delight soon turned to dismay when I was told the first available appointment for me would be December, agaim reluctantly I accepted this as there were no other practices taking on NHS patients. My teeth have continued to cause problems whilst waiting for time to pass but the hope of getting them treated haa kept me positive knowing that eventually my treatment would begin. However I have had a letter today 5th October informing me the dentist I was to be treated by has left and I have not been offered alternative appointments but will need to call them in February 2019 mpre than a full year after my initial contact. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this practice whixhbdoea not seem to have any care or thought about its patients happiness health and wellbeing Will definitely without any doubt heavily recommended no one at all should waste their time booking for treatment with them | |||||||

Yearly appointments and long wait times to see hygeinist. Long wait times if you need to rearrange an appointment as well. Very happy with the quality of treatment delivered and pricing is reasonable. | |||||||
