Went to the orthodontist at 15 said there were no issues now 20 living with an open bite in pain 24/7 started to really feel this pain around 17 when to the orthodontist again but no treatment was done because they said there were no issues even though I had an open bite at that time the teeth should be nearly touching to make a good bite. I take painkillers before running and during the day living with this has affected me on a daily basis it has emotionally and physically affected me socially, my speech has been affected and my confidence knocked. I don't want to do certain activities because I know I will be in pain from the position of my jaw/teeth another dentist has now advised me this should have been treated previously when I was younger, due to a severe internal open bite malocclusion. 1. I would like an apology. 2. Treatment should be done for free.
