After trying to re-arrange appointments after having panic attacks I have simply been ignored. The manager has failed to call me bavk and my emails have gone un-answered. Taking this further. | |||||||

I would like to give credit where it is due and to make it known that my partner and I have always found that we have received exceptional service from the dentist and her Assistant, who go that extra mile to look after our teeth. | |||||||

Waiting nearly a month for an appointment and then having it cancelled with no reason at the last minute is infuriating. The majority of my appointments get cancelled for no reason and I'm left to rearrange. I keep my commitment to the appointment and arrive on time. I expect the practise to at least do the same. A badly managed practise, avoid. | |||||||
