Oct 3 2017 The staff at longfield house are extremely rude. They don’t provide the care which the individuals need. They prefer to stand in every corner and gossip about other staff as well as service users. Most of the staff there really need to think if that’s the right job for them. Staff are more bothered about cigarette breaks they prefer going for “quick cig breaks” rather than providing the care and support they should be.
