This Homs needs closing down the staff are being put on vulnerable situations being made to work over time and making errors. The manager Linda is rude abrupt and disrespectful. Basic needs of individuals are not being met. Basic human rights are being ignored eg washing showering feeding eating and drinking not met. They highly dislike disabled people and mentally and emotionally abuse then gaslight the situation. Staff do not put in proper plans when mental health residents shows behaviours. Medication is done incorrectly and they are putting all residents at serious harm and risk. Leave disabled young adults in there room Locked away refusing to help or get the residents up and leave them in there own room for 2 weeks and more without interacting. No fresh air or being allowed access to outside. No one ever put there family in here |

Recently reviewed (July 2021) by CQC as inadequate, with multiple failings in terms of safety, can't wait for my gran to be moved somewhere else. CQC identified that procedures are poor, and even they're not adhered to. Leadership failing to meet basic statutory duties, risking the safety of residents. Where accidents had occurred, the proper procedures for reporting were not followed, families were not informed and nothing was put in place to prevent a repeat of the incident. Care staff are lovely, but the good ones don't stay long, the manageress is incredibly rude and abrasive to family members and professionals alike. The facility is tired and in poor repair. Find other provision. |

My friend was moved there from hospital. There was a catalogue of errors and it directly affected my friends health and wellbeing. We managed to move her into a lovely hone, but sadly she deteriorated and had now passed away. The time she spent at stinchcombe she was so unhappy and I would encourage anyone to make sure you read the inspection repirts . |
