Nov 12 2015 Staff miserable. Over the last few months cleanliness has gone right down. Dirty eating area. The dining table and floor beneath table was disgusting. Badly stained chairs. Residents bed linen had dried urine stains. Dirty washing left in piles in halls and bathrooms. Staff appear to spend a lot of time smoking right outside doors. Ignore dementia patients and in the 10 times of visiting I have never seen any activities with residents.
