Jah-Jireh provides accommodation, personal care and nursing care for up to 45 people who are baptised members of the Jehovah’s Witness faith. The care home is a purpose built two storey building with bedrooms on both floors. There is a car park at the front of the home. It is situated in a residential area of Wigan close to shops and public transport links.

Jul 28 2017 Both my parents have been cared for here. Sadly my father died but in his own words he thought it was " a five star hotel " mother still being cared for here happy & contented. If anything happened to me I would be happy to stay here.

We, as a family of Witnesses as well as non Witnesses, have nothing but praise for these hard working carers. They show the utmost respect and dignity to these elderly ones even under the most trying of circumstances. You can see the compassion and love they have for the vunerable and this helps us to know that our mum is in safe hands. There is always room for improvement in every establishment but where there are limited resources, for example funding from the council and back up from families, we have to be realistic and not expect perfection. We know our mum is in safe and caring hands and that means everything to us!

May 15 2015 My aunty is in this care home now, and we couldn't of wished for a nicer place, she's well looked after and cared for and the meals are lovely. The staff do a good job of keeping the residents occupied if they so wish and for helping to keep their dignity. When ever we visit as live a distance away, they always provide us with refreshments.
