Richford Gate Care Home

I have recently experienced very poor management for what now appears to be a benign issue. I was being used a s "guinea pig" for a new diagnosis method without being told. Having waited an hour for a first appointment unseen as I could not wait any longer due to work commitments I was then called and told I may have cancer. I booked an appointmnet for the next day only to find one month down the line they have no record of my results and my test as they were trialling a new method of diagnosis which went wrong. Now reverting back to the old methods of going to hospital. Lets hope everything is fine but the attitude of the Dr was atrocious and makes me consider switching to another practice. Also very tired of hearing how busy they are as an excuse. Most people have a lot of pressure at work and we cannot use this as an excuse for consistent errors and poor behaviour.
