Ihave a family member in this home and it is off apoor standard. There is a complete lack of organisation and there seems to be no genuine care given to residents. I would not recommend this home to anyone with loved ones. Not enough staff and food is even poor. Wait ages to get things done when request is made such as haircuts or cutting nails of residents |

I would so not wish any person to bring their love one into this place ,u cannot call this place a care home , else the staff and management would have to do some work by talking to residents and families seen as this place gas lack of communication skills so lack if care food disgusting not a nice smell when u enter the building you can't believe a word anybody says and that's when u can understand the staff so god help the residents can't say a nice word about this place |

Found the care poor and not caring towards patients with dementia.
Staff are quite nice but not enough of them as a result the patients have lack of dignity and respect. The patients spend most of the day in bed. Not a lot of stimulating activities.
The management is unapproachable and bullish towards the staff. They show a lack of respect towards relatives.
The food is of a poor standard.
I certainly would not recommend this nursing home |
