My lovely mum has Alzheimer's, she was lucky enough to come and live at Belvedere house in March 2017. As a family we couldn't be happier with the level of care that mum receives. My mum is happy healthy and extremely well cared for. All of the staff from all departments all know mums name and treat her with respect and affection. The home itself is spotless and beautifully furnished. The food is the same as good home cooked food. Mum has a great social life with lots of outings and quiz nights arranged by staff. We would recommend Belvedere House to anyone. |

My Mother was a resident at RASS for nearly 4 years. It was one of a number of homes in the locality we looked at and even from the initial viewing it felt like the right place for mum. The care provided was of the highest quality and every member of staff we met and dealt with were kind and considerate.
Mum was shown tremendous understanding by the staff and was always treated with great kindness. She was encouraged and helped to take part in the many recreational activities the home provided and she very much enjoyed playing scrabble, taking part in quizzes, listening to the many musical concerts that regularly occurred. She also enjoyed sitting in the bar area talking to the other residents at the home getting the companionship and friendship that makes life worth living.
Choosing a care home for your elderly relatives is a massive responsibility and one you really don't want to get wrong. In choosing RASS we definitely did not make a mistake. The last years of my mothers life were very happy, much happier than the years leading up to her going into the home. My wife and I will remain eternally grateful to RASS for quality of life that they gave mum in her last years and I would not hesitate to recommend the home to anyone. |

My dear father was lucky to spend the last three months of his life in the professional and loving care of the staff at Belvedere House. Not only were they all utterly devoted to his care and mindful of his specific needs, we were treated like members of a hugely supportive family. We were welcome day or night and given professional advice and support in a compassionate and caring way. We were blessed to be able to spend as long as we could with my dying father and the nurses and carers were with us every step of the way. We can never thank them enough. This is an extremely beautiful, comfortable and well-run nursing home. Reply from Belvedere House Tue, 31 May 2016 11:19:07 +0100 Thank you so much for your kind comments which we will ensure we pass to the staff. At Belvedere House we always strive to give the best possible care to our residents and are pleased to hear that you feel your father received this. |
