Feb 7 2023 The service is under new management. I would like to thank all my lovely staff for making me welcome. You are a great team and i have seen some lovely practices where staff go the extra mile. Please call in and ask to see my compliments book and cards that residents and families have sent you all. Feb 3 2023 I worked they for 6 mnths .. had to leave to much stress . The residents I felt sorry for um . Come across as army camp . Was constantly on ya feet .. every resident used each other wheel chairs . Woudnt allow staff to sit and chat with residents. There got staff cleaning rooms. Bareing in mind they had cleaners .residents most days covered in bruises skin tare . . Slings used on different residents.its not a care home its a prison . Some care staff shudnt be carers.. stroke victims are made to get up eventhough there in pain .. end life residents are also made to get up . Once I got a resident up even though I didn't wnt to do this she looked at me and said please let me die this lady was in alot pain but I was told by team leader to get her up because the nurse wants her up. found this so sad it broke my heart .. these people what run this place shudnt be there . This the reason I had to leave .

Apr 12 2015 I went to visit my uncle and found staff at the nursing home to be really caring and kind.
