St Cuthberts Care supports a number of adults with learning disabilities in Newcastle and Northumberland, enabling them to remain in their own home and live& as independently as possible. Working with other professionals, we carefully tailor a support plan for each individual, providing them with the right level of support for their needs, ambitions and aspirations.& Our service& helps them to develop the life skills they need to maintain their independence, and gain confidence as full and equal members of the community.
