May 5 2023 I have worked in Chipchase as an agency staff , and we get treated the worse!! There is so much discrimination because majority of the agency staffs are blacks and the permanent staffs are white , so we get the worse treatments and treated like slaves but the staffs, seniors and management , meanwhile everything the permanent staffs do are overlooked , but as an agency once you step into Chipchase just know you will definitely get reported to your agency for something you didn’t do and get accused , a lot of threat is told to the agency staffs making it really hard to work there like it is not a safe place to work neither do we have access to any higher authority at Chipchase to report to.
