The Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre (The ARC), provides care and support for 33 people. The centre provides a service to enable people to live as independently as possible following a rehabilitation programme. The staff team consists of health and social work professionals to assess and rehabilitate persons over a period of approximately six weeks.

Jul 1 2021 The Quality of Care is Excellent.All The Staff From Management to Nurses and Carers.Physio & Domestic Staff are All very Kind And Caring and Nothing is To Much Trouble And all Staff Are a Credit to the Place and The Standard of Meals is Very Good and Also The Arc is Well Maintained and Cleaned every Day to a Very High Standard.As Someone who has been a Patient here for 5 weeks I can honestly say that if you need Any sort of Rehab then The Service and Care you receive at the Arc is 1st Class and Highly Recommended A Big Thank you to Everybody who works there The Positivity shown by you all to the Patients is Brilliant.Thank you again For all your Help.Now looking Forward To Going Home A Happy Man. The ArcBy: Julian Carrington Rating:.. Jun 17 2016 Absoloutley stunned in a good way by the friendlyness of the staff and the dedication they put in to their work. Six weeks ago my dad was admitted there on a stretcher,needed to be hoisted and had given up on recovery. Today 17/06/2016 he walked out without help something i thought i would never see. The staff are so helpful and polite. At first i was slightly worried about him going there but having seen what they have done in 6 weeks with my dad i couldnt recommend this place enough. The physios are superb and they work towards the patients goals and beyond. Should anybody from ARC happen to read this, i cannot thank you enough for the work you have done.

Oct 12 2015 My mother although by many was cared for and treated with kindness was upset by a member of their night staff who spoke to her in a sharp abrupt manner and informed her there was proberley nothing up with her leg - my mother had not slept properly at night due to excruciating pain in her leg she was on morpheine etc My Mun being the kind caring spirit did not want to get any one in trouble and was afraid she may be targeted if she said who.. Im unsure why people behave in this manner to those who are vunerable -My mother was taken in to hospital and almost passed away and had to have her lef removed in order to save her .......................... I hope the ARC get all their staff and give them refresher training on the care and kindness needed and vet their staff and i hope i never find out who showed my mum such disrespect......
