My Mother spent six week’s at the Ambassador Care Home, and she received the best of care and attention. The staff are excellent, they treat all the residents with dignity and respect, even though they are always busy. The open door policy is very good, I only live a few minutes from the home so I was able to visit Mom when ever I wanted, which gave me great peace of mind.

The Staff at the Ambassador are professional, but above all, they ooze care and attention for all of their charges. As a family it is was a difficult decision to know that we were making the right choice to let others take over the care of a loved one. In this instance the decision was 100% the right one. My Grandmother was treated with levels of care, attention and respect that you would expect a family member to give. Nothing was any trouble for the staff and they communicated excellently with other agencies and medical staff to ensure that all of my Gran's care needs were met in a timely manner. They also supported the family with regular updates, which was very much appreciated. The home has an open door policy which was a great comfort to us all in that we could visit at any time. There is regular entertainment, a lovely bright summer room, living room and a restaurant level dining area with home prepared food.

I sent a relative to the Ambassador who had been in hospital after sadly having a fall-The Care and attention he recieved was absolutley brilliant the staff were very caring and always polite to him at all times even other family members who visited said how wonderfull the Staff were and made comments about his change in appearance and weight gain- He has become another person. He also gained confidence in himself with the kind support of the Staff who in my opinion were very experianced -Their had been previous Staff issues but these had been sorted out by the Provider . The building is stunning and the quality of Care in our view was brilliant -No Loss of any garments infact we bought new underware as he had put on a few pounds.. Cannot speak more highly of theis Care Home..
