Jul 14 2018 I have to say I was rather surprised that the carers in Hazel Court do not wear any type of uniform.,in fact I thought that some of them steamed completely inappropriately dressed .The lady doing the teas this afternoon was dripping with perspiration and looked very scruffy. I do believe that they are doing their jobs to the best of their abilities but,seem really stretched looking after so many people especially at the weekends

Mar 14 2014 I have found this home to be well aware of my mothers needs. my mother suffers from Parkinsons, they have provided her with meals of her choice, liquidizing meals she finds hard to swallow. allowing her to eat lots for breakfast as that is her best time to eat. They have accepted her choice to eat lots of chocolate if she is in that mood, and accepts the consequences if her swallowing plays up. The activities are good and one to one time is good. The rooms are always clean. the staff are exceptional making my mothers life special at this hard time. My mother is happy, to me that says it all .
