Situated in a beautiful part of the West Midlands, within a quiet woodland area, Lyndon Hall Care Home is a large two storey, purpose built, 80 bedded care home offering Dementia residential care, dementia nursing care, general Nursing care, Respite care, and palliative End of Life care.

At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Family and friends join Residents for meals which are served in one of the dining rooms or, if our Residents wish, they can choose to eat in the privacy of their own rooms.

Our Activities Co-ordinator spends time with Residents to ensure popular pastimes are included within the weekly activities calendar which is displayed in the home, this includes:

May 26 2016 Would not recommend this home to anyone. Residents are left in wet pads. Poor quality of care. Residents being left while buzzers going off. Sometimes they are spoken to like rubbish and ignored. Very under staffed although there are meant to be 2 carers on one unit some are lazy and its left to one carer to do all the jobs as seniors just sit amd watch and dont help. Stay well away

Regular checks on residents not carried out. Residents ending up with injuries that cannot be explained and relatives not informed.

All colleagues at Lyndon Hall are dedicated to delivering the kindest care to Residents. We regularly review staff levels at the home to ensure we continue to meet the individual needs of all Residents. The home is regularly reviewed by the CQC, who have rated it fully compliant in all areas, as well as by our independent Service Quality Inspectorate Teams. All our staff take great pride in the services we provide at the home and are deeply saddened to learn of your concerns.
