Jul 19 2018 My lovely mum died in Andrew Cohen House last month and the care she received was exemplary. She was treated with dignity and respect and nursed with such love. The wonderful staff not only looked after mum but cared for the whole family, especially over mum's last difficult week. I cannot recommend this nursing home highly enough.

Nov 18 2016 My mom only spent about 4 weeks out of 4 months here as the nurse did not follow the medical plan, so my mom spent time in hospital.There was no fluid chart in place so my mom was dehydrated, she had over 5 un witnessed falls, even managed to get out of the building. They should remove the nursing element as the nurse in charge of my mom did not have a clue about dementia or even handing out medication, which wasn't given most of the time. I witnessed another resident who had a fall in the toilet and in my opinion should have been accompanied in the first place. It seems most of the staff don't really like their job!

The care and attention she was given was amazing. I have utmost respect for all the caring and nursing staff and for the job that they do. Right up until the last, my mom was cared for and dignified. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a family member who needs caring for.
