Jul 17 2022 Our auntie stayed here for a short time, whilst her care & the staff was good, they had an outbreak of covid, our auntie did a pcr test & she was sent home before the result was revealed (which was positive) bearing in mind she is 93 yrs old & lives alone, to say we are appalled is an understatement

Jul 21 2018 My mother was given a place at Medlock Court after a serious ankle fracture which required pin and plate. The staff have been excellent and provided a high level of care and rehabilitation. You can tell that the staff really care about the residents and go out of their way to help however they can.

Jul 1 2018 My 90 year old friend was admitted to Medlock Court a couple of days ago after a short hospital stay following a fall. Friends coming from a distance have rung the home umpteen times with no success. Ringing 0161 911 5081 given on some sites results in a continuous engaged tone, whatever time you ring and ringing 0161 770 5081, given on this site, results in the phone just ringing and ringing. Does anyone else know of a phone number to make contact o, to coordinate visits or pass on messages to patients/residents? In order to post this, I'm having to give a date when I visited this care provider, but have not actually been to visit yet.
