Victoria Hospital, Deal

I went along twice in a month to see a GP at the suggestion of my own GP surgery. I was really pleased. I was and appointment time and the DR was waiting to see me. Professional , Took his time 10 out of 10. NHS at its best.

Despite it being the first day of the holiday season and the department under pressure, the staff were simply brilliant. A speedy booking in and when seen by the nurse they quickly assessed what was needed to deal with my injury. The nurse was fully conversant and explained every aspect of her treatment and suggested an x Ray for certainty. The X-ray was super super quick and again a delightful professional member of staff. Dressed soon after and a very clear instruction given as to how to care for my wound. Top marks to everybody at this hospital. Deal is so lucky to have the skills and services of the dedicated staff at this hospital.
