West Heath Hospital

After not receiving great treatment at the queen elizabeth and Mosley hall my amazing mom ended up at the willows I was not happy about this decision as I felt like she was being past around like a piece of meat and nobody wanted to help her . I was so wrong the staff here are amazing .The nurses were so caring she was kept immaculately clean which would have so important to her . The kindness shown to her and me I will never forget just the little things like holding her hand and talking to her or giving her a kiss checking in on me to see if I’m ok trying to get her eat and drink and it was not just with my mom I was there hours and hours during the last 2 weeks of my moms life and the staff were fabulous with all the patients. If the government want to know how to treat elderly patients they should come here and take note. Once again I would like to thank everybody at willows I don’t know how I would of got through this very sad time without you all ????
