Miss this place. When I was with this hospital I was well looked after and since I have moved to Cannock and now under Staffordshire mental team the care is appalling . I self harmed more than once and the Staffordshire mental team didn’t care or did anything. If I was back under Walsall mental team I know I would have the care I need and better care which I need right now. Wish we could have patient choice in mental health as I need this place right now as I need help. You can get it on physical health but not mental health which is stupid.

If you are suicidal and in need of desperate help mentally dont ask this crisis team to help, offer no help just refer back to GP. Went to Aamp;E in desperation again to be left waiting 4 hours sitting waiting for crisis team to arrive, nobody came. People are vulnerable and in desperate need of support in these dark times and you turn ur back on them, shame on you this is peoples lives you are playing with.
