I had breast cancer and have been in and out of this hospital so I used it all last year and this year. It ok the nurse are very kind and caring. And the doctors I had a few issues that were sorted.

I’m for the first time attending an appointment at the Urology department of Charing Cross Hospital.I didn’t note that I had my appointment on telephone call with a doctor as I was somehow concerned about my symptoms Whic are unusual.Luckily I met a consultant after half an hour waiting(prit to this the receptionist asked me to wait to see what she can do)and in the end I’ve been given a chance to be seen at the hospital within 3 weeks.I’m wondering why is it again taking so long.I’ve been waiting already for few months since August 2021.After an appointment made on 17 th September then cancelled and rebooked for November 18th supposed over the phone.My concern is building up as it’s taking a while before having a chance to sort out my problem.
