Very friendly and helpful staff. Explained to the girl on phone I had to catch 3 buses to get there and thought I may be a bit late. She said that won't be a problem just turn up and we'll make sure you get seen to. Thank you.

Since the system was changed where by the gp advise patients to ring and book. The staff at the hospital are offering three weeks waiting. Advised to book online Checked it out very disappointed that it allows an email. Message to be left Requesting a call back The who system is geared to give control to the staff No evidence of duty of care Failing the patients CQG should conduct a urgent review of the serve and current system

Recently I had been to the surgery where the gp said I need to have a blood test. Informed by the gp that I need to ring the hospital to book because no longer is it a walkin service. So rang to book but was informed it will be three weeks. So add another week before the results are back to the surgery. I am utterly shocked that the whole process can take 4 weeks. Any major issue can be Fatal. Took my wife to Regis hospital for the blood test. Where we walked in and found two staff with no patents. Both staff just sitting with nothing to do . This system has been altered so the can bloody sit around with time on their hands. Somebody needs to review the current system. Not value for money. Failing the public
