Oct 24 2023 Not one member of nursing staff that I spoke to today even said hello, let alone used my name. Just walked up barked confirmation details and walked off. Absolutely felt like a piece of meat being processed, as quickly as possible. Had hoped since my previous experiences of wansbeck some improvements had happened, going on today, they havent.

Sep 22 2023 Wonderful staff felt at ease very lucky to be treated at such a great unit .looked after start to finish . What more can I say very lucky to have a great bunch of lady’s on the day medical unit
