Broomfield Hospital

We had to take our daughter, unfortunately, to Paediatric A+E because she had fractured her leg. The staff were amazing and so caring. Real credit to the NHS. The nurse, and two other nurses who put on the cast (can not remember their names) were brilliant. Thank you so much for being great.

I attended to have a mole removed. My appointment was for 9am. I left home at 7am to get there on time (traffic) I prefer the park and ride for parking I had to pay full fare because I travelled before 9am. I arrived on time. I waited until 1pm and only after I enquired about the delay was I attended to. I cant fault the clinical side of my experience the nurses, theatre staff and procedure was excellent. Why could no one own up for the delay if I had been told it was unlikely I would be seen until 1pm I could have gone and had some breakfast and something to drink. I got home at 5pm some 10 hours after leaving the house.
