Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

I attended the day unit today with my son who waa extremely anxious about tooth extractions. The dental hospital have been patient and made attempts with gas and air , the offer of IV sedation and given the level of anxiety provided a GA. Each individual who provided care today was thorough and gave lots of information and opportunities for questions. What was so important was the style of communication, warm, empathic and reassuring. The nurses, anaesthetic team and dentist were all excellent and we are very appreciative of their care and attention. Thank you

I have been attending the Liverpool Dental Hospital for a few years now with the condition Oral Lichen Planus. I have been taking Methotrexate and Folic Acid for over 2 years but now I am reducing the dosage and will probably be off the medication by the end of this year. I cannot fault the treatment I have had. The reception staff are always pleasant, helpful and understanding. The doctors are the best you could have and I have always been treated with the upmost respect. I know exacttly what is happening at every appointment and if I have a question, it will be answered fully. I can give this hospital 5 Stars easily and if there were 10 stars I would give them 10! No hesitation in recommending Liverpool Dental and in addition to treating patients, they are also training students to the same very high standard. We should always appreciate these doctors because we will not be able to replace them if there are many more NHS cuts. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and familly.

visited tuesday morning 9/10/17 was dealt with almost immediately,the student involved was very helpful and informative, given appointment for 3 oclock in the afternoon for extraction. procedure was dealt with very professionally, student involved was very reassuring and dealt with a very difficult tooth perfectly. would recommend dental hospital to anyone
