Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Wonford)

I’d like to say how amazing all the Nurses, Doctors and Consultants have been during the time my son stayed on Bramble ward and throughout his Tonsillectomy. I was extremely anxious and they reassured me and spent time with me whilst my son was in theatre. They constantly checked to see if we were ok and if we needed anything and were amazing with my son after his operation. I felt very reassured and secure to know they were all there if needed. I’d like to say in particular, one Nurse, who looked after us during this time, was great. Amazing staff and ward, thank you very much!

I was admitted on 7/9/19 as an emergency. On arrival everything was in place and ready to go. I can only praise everyone from the cleaners to the consultants for their care and treatment. Everything was explained clearly and the team was not only respectful of my needs and wishes but kept my spirits up in what can only be described as a frightening situation. The consultants also ensured that further medical conditions were followed up outside of their department. Thank you all so much.

After being admitted in to urology and being seen very quick by the nurses and medical imaging I then had to wait 3.5hours for a doctor to tell me to come back the next day at 8 then to be told my pain isn’t bad enough and to continue what I’m doing entire department is failing very long waiting time no communication with patients
